Infectious Bursal Disease (Gumboro)
A live immune-complex vaccine combining the Winterfield 2512 IBD strain with virus-protecting immunoglobulins, for active immunization of chickens against classical and very virulent Infectious Bursal Disease (Gumboro). Given in the hatchery — in ovo at 18 days of incubation or subcutaneously at day-old — so protection develops in the presence of maternally derived antibodies.
